Clarity doesn’t arrive all at once. It builds — through attention, conversation, and small, honest movement.

This is a space for that.

An 8-week cohort for women who want to:

  • hear themselves more clearly

  • choose a direction that feels right

  • and begin moving — without forcing or burning out

You have something you want to bring to life. A direction that keeps returning. A body of work that isn’t fully expressed yet.


A shift you can feel, even if you can’t fully name it. You’ve been thinking about it for a while. Turning it over. Refining it.

Questioning it. Waiting for the moment where it all clicks into place.

But it hasn’t. Not quite.

Not because you’re lost. But because you’re holding a lot:

  • ideas, possibilities, expectations

  • your own standards

  • and the quiet question of “is this really it?”

What makes this different

This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more.

It’s about creating the conditions where clarity can emerge —
and where you feel supported enough to act on it.

Each week, you’ll be in a small group of women who are in a similar moment:
thoughtful, capable, and ready for something to shift.

You won’t just reflect.

You’ll also:

  • speak your ideas out loud

  • be met with thoughtful, honest feedback

  • and take small, meaningful steps forward

Our 8 weeks together

This is a working, living process — not a rigid curriculum.

Week 1 — Arriving honestly
Where are you right now? What’s pulling at you?

Week 2 — Listening more closely
What do you actually want — beneath the noise?

Week 3 — Noticing what holds you back
The patterns, doubts, and habits that keep you circling

Week 4 — Choosing a direction
Letting something become clear enough to commit to

Week 5 — Shaping it into something real
Turning ideas into something you can begin

Week 6 — Expressing your work
Finding a way to share or show up that feels like you

Week 7 — Creating a rhythm
Building a way of working that supports you

Week 8 — Moving forward with trust
Seeing what’s shifted — and continuing from there

A small, consistent space to return to each week.

Before you join

You don’t need everything figured out to join.

Most women come in with something that’s partially formed — a direction, an idea, a question that hasn’t fully landed yet. That’s enough. We work from there.

You do need to be ready to engage.

This isn’t passive. You’ll be asked to reflect, to share, and to take small steps between sessions.

You don’t have to call yourself a founder.

Some women are building businesses. Others are in transition or returning to creative work. What matters is that something is asking for your attention — and you’re ready to respond.

Time-wise, this is designed to fit into a full life.

One 90-minute session per week, plus a small amount of time between sessions. The intention is consistency, not intensity.

I work with women who are building something meaningful and want a thoughtful partner in the process.

My background spans agency work with global brands and leadership roles across travel, hospitality, and wellness. I bring a sociological lens to how people think, choose, and create — combined with mindfulness-based practices that help you actually hear yourself and act on it.

This cohort is a shared, structured version of that work.
